This is very simple:
If you try to create a bug report with an emoji, it will go through. If you create a topic normally on the homepage or anywhere with an emoji, it will say emojis not allowed.
For example, if I were to add an emoji into this bug report in the ‘title’ textbox before creating it, it would allow it. If I were to click the edit title button after creating the post and then clicking the blue checkbox to save it after making literally 0 changes, it will say emoji not allowed.
Fix: just check for emojis in titles for bug reports before they are initially created.
