Since Saturday, i have been getting these weird connections errors in my Roblox Client. These always happen when i join games. When joining games, sometimes the game freezes, not loads or simply is irresponsive and the error is given. The error happens in multiple games, and both in the Microsoft Store client and the .exe client, even after resetting the options in settings and doing what the Helpdesk article told me to.
Expected behavior
I expected the game to open as expected because i have no apparent internet issues on other apps like Discord and MS Edge. I did use an app to check for Internet issues but nothing was actually found.
It has nothing to do with DNS. If it was the DNS nothing would work, nothing would load. The DNS is what is responsible for solving a readable address (e.g. roblox.com) to its corresponding IP address
If it is constant, it is likely not the internet provider. ISPs can have fluctuations, but not all the time.
Despite the low-end device, roblox is still “optimized” for worse and judging by the frame rates he gets in-game, its likely not that.
Since it’s also only happening since saturday, its the confirmation that the specs are definitely not the reason. This could be due either by a windows update or a new roblox update.
Personally, since there doesn’t seem to be any other report of this, I’d go with windows- Do you remember doing an update Saturday or between there and the last time you used Roblox?
I was playing Roblox for the first time in one or two months, and it did update. About the Windows update, i am not very sure.
The last windows update before it was 2025-06 Atualização Cumulativa do Windows 11 Version 24H2 para sistemas operacionais baseados em x64 (KB5063060), and was successful. The update was installed 06/21
Thanks for the logs. It shows connectivity failures for both connection to game server and HTTP requests failures indicating network issues. I recommend, monitoring network connectivity and check on any flakiness of connection which can lead to do disconnection if it persists 20 second or more.
