Every so often, all of my players in my game Strategema will report join issues with the error:
“Failed to connect to the experience. No response from the server. Please try again.”
This seems to occur in waves. It doesn’t seem predictable, but when it occurs everyone is affected (including myself).
The entry place typically immediately teleports players to a common Menus server, which is an obvious suspect.
However, since it occurs to me and I do NOT get teleported without manual input, this would not seem to be the root cause.
I’ve held off on reporting this, but this seems to be a consistent phenomenon. I have several instances of all active players reporting at the same time they cannot connect.
Likewise, when I try during this events, I also cannot connect.
After some time, the problem seems to resolve itself.
Expected behavior
If everything was working correctly, everyone would join the entry portal without issue.
Same issue when I try to play certain games. Is there anything on our end we can do to fix it? I hope it isn’t left up to the developers of games that may or may not fix the issue.
This has been happening to me for the entire night, all games I tried have been affected but it does seem pretty random when it happens. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon

Again, this is before the player has even joined the game.
Both myself and players in my community get this error.
I know it’s bogus, because I can get this on PC (on WiFi) and then immediately get it if I try on my phone (Cellular data, not using WiFi).
Furthermore, I can join other games just fine.
This severely handicaps the way my game functions. Any instance where a player cannot join my entry portal means nobody can play the game.
The key takeaway is that this occurs sporadically and when it does, it generally occurs in waves for everyone.
Bump. this has been happening for about the past week and ive been trying to ignore it but at (what feels like) the worse times, I literally cant join my game and I get pissed.
