I need your support, my account was copromised (on July 16 14:44 2026) and I lost ownership to my game and all Robux.
Luckily, I recovered my account, but without game and Robux.
I created Roblox Support ticket (ticket id: 177827738), but it was rejected.
Every time I contact support, I only receive replies from a bot that cannot help me. It is very difficult to get in touch with a real support agent who will actually review my case. That is why I am submitting this request here.

Recover the game and all Robux means a lot of to me, because I spended a lot of time to achieve them.
Lost Robux on the account (around 19k) and on the group (around 95k). All of the Robux were spent on the game BloxStrike. I also have screenshots of unauthorized transactions.
Please restore my account to the state it was in before it was compromised.
If possible, I would also like to request a refund of the Robux earned by the stolen group (July 16 - now).
