Im was playing with voice chat and received this message:
I checked appeals page, but there is no violation.
Also i didn’t get any warning or voice chat suspension.
Is it bug?

Sometimes it doesnt show up in Appeals page
they send emails like that whenever you get a violation, but also when they update a violation.
