Terms of Service
1.0 - Agreements:
• By you or your parents/guardian joining any of our groups, you agree to everything listed in this forum post.
• Some rules may not be listed here as they are already listed in the Roblox Terms Of Service, not adhering to the Roblox Terms Of Service is strictly prohibited; https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Standards 1
1.1 - Requirements To Be Accepted:
• Account must be 30 days or older to join, any account below this date will be put into the “Hall of Shame” rank until further notice.
• If you’re using an alternative account, verification from your main account may be required when joining.
1.2 - Privacy Policy:
• If needed, we may collect data on your account that is public information.
• We may collect any message you send in our group wall.
• We do NOT disclose or sell any information to third party applications.
1.3 - Moderation:
• You are responsible for anything you do or say on any account you’re using. If we find that you are breaking the rules on ANY account you’re using, moderation will be applied even if it was by someone else on your account(s) unless you were hacked via undetectable malware.
• You are responsible for any robux spent on your account(s) in our groups, anything your account spends is your responsibility and there will be NO refunds.
• Breaking rules will result in a warning, a 3 day ban if persisted, a 7 day ban if continued, a 365 day (1 year) ban if persistence is continued, and a final permanent ban if you continue to persist in breaking our rules.
• Breaking multiple rules at once will result in a higher punishment than what would normally be applied. (Ex. breaking two rules at once will result in a 3 day ban rather than a warning)
• Evading a ban by creating a new account or using a current account operated by yourself is strictly prohibited.

• Do not abuse your powers at all here. If you’re unsure of what punishment is necessary, please ask a higher staff member.

1.4 - Promotion:
• Self promotion or advertising of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to) Brands, Groups, Games, ETC. Unless we are sponsored by a specific Brand, Group, Game, ETC.
• Posting offsite links of any kind is strictly prohibited unless roblox allows it and is used in a debating setting.
1.5 - Speech, Manipulation and Spam:
• Please stay relatively on topic with the purpose of the group you’re in, only stray off topic if you’re trying to explain something on topic.
• Using AI or copy and pasting someone else’s post, articles, and other platforms such as Reddit and Quora is strictly prohibited
• Spamming the same or similar message is strictly prohibited.
• Spamming multiple messages that are intended to flood the group wall is strictly prohibited
• Raiding inside of the group is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonating any user of any kind is strictly prohibited.
