None of my assets will load inside the toolbox other than audio, my account is glitched to website mode even if i spend hours in studio

Over the last week or so I’ve been having this issue with studio, I cannot work with any new assets I upload cause nothing in the toolbox will load and the asset ids from creator dashboard’s url don’t match up with their actual IDs. I’ve noticed when this goes on my profile on roblox is stuck on website mode, even if i’ve been in studio for hours. I’m trying to work on some new stuff for my game but with this issue i can’t get any of my new assets in game which is a major problem.

Expected behavior

I should be able to load up studio, my account should say i’m in studio and my assets under toolbox should load up.

Just to clarify:

  1. Is this only happening for your user ID 8899709? Does this happen with other user accounts?
  2. Does this happen with other toolbox tabs?
  3. Are you able to view results when you hit our backend directly? This should be the endpoint (should only be accessible for your user ID https://apis.roblox.com/toolbox-service/v1/creations/user/8899709/Model?limit=25&separateModelsAndPackages=true):
  1. I just tried loading up studio on another account, the toolbox creations loaded up fine as well as displaying that the account was in studio on the home page. The issue just seems to happen with my main account.
  2. Everything in creator store loads up fine, it’s just the stuff in my creations.
  3. Yeah it came up with results.

The issue seems to be fixed now, my assets are loading up in the toolbox

I went to do more deving today and toolbox is broken again and my account is back to being stuck on website mode.

Can you clarify what you mean by ‘stuck on website mode’?


When my assets don’t load my account is always on website mode like this. I can spend hours in studio straight without minimizing studio or doing anything else and roblox will always say “website” on my profile.

Any news on this? Yesterday there was a studio update that fixed the issue for a bit, but today the same issue is back yet again. Over nearly the last 2 decades studio has had bugs here and there, but the last couple of years has been ridiculous with how many issues studio has had.

We’re still investigating the issue. It’s odd that it’s intermittent for you and it’s not clear yet why you sometimes see results and sometimes don’t.

If you don’t mind, can you take a video of when you see results? Do you get consistent behavior when you refresh the tab? (aka you cycle between the Recent and Creations tab, do you always see “No Results”?)

Also in the meantime, does Asset Manager have the information that you need to use?

Also I think your account in “Website mode” is unrelated, that seems like a separate bug from this Toolbox issue.
