Dear Devforumers,
Through prior circumstances. I have found myself at the helm of a humble initiative involving assisting Roblox users regarding their problems (feel free to join). Think of people whose accounts were unjustly banned or compromised, valuable assets traded away, DMCA-takedowns, the whole shabang.
What I do to fix the problems people come towards me is to directly message the Roblox Legal team via means of an electronic letter, attached to an Email. I found success with this strategy as many accounts found themselves unbanned thanks to my involvement. (See below image as an example of recent success)
Unfortunately, in the past few months, I haven’t received any more responses to the inquiries I sent to Roblox Legal. More than two months of complete radio silence. Which concerns me given the time frame limit for a reply is 2 months at the latest when you send a written letter:
within sixty (60) days of receipt of the written notice
Anyone who is currently in the same predicament as I am? I’m not interested in sending a letter overseas from my place in Belgium to San Mateo to startup a MIDR process, its costly and time-consuming. Also not very consumer friendly given that more than half of the userbase is not based in the United States or able to ship physical letters from A to B.
