Nova Security [NS]: HR & EX Handbook
⚬ High Ranks and Executive are the most trusted of the Nova staff. Each position has its own set of responsibilities.
Rules: All Positions
⚬ In the event you break one of these rules, expect heavy consequences.
1 | Set the example. You are the face for Nova Security. You not only represent yourself but the group. Make sure it’s a positive representation.
2 | Do not be unnecessarily rude. If a trainee genuinely needs your assistance, don’t make fun of them for not knowing. Know when to mentor and when to scream.
3 | Stay on top of your responsibilities. Try to maintain your activity with your tasks and within the community.
4 | Do not abuse your powers. You are trusted with commands and abilities that not everyone has. Make sure that trust isn’t shattered.
5 | Do not leak ANY HR+ info. Just like in rule 4, you are trusted with information that isn’t for anyone’s eyes that isn’t an HR+.
6 | Be mature and professional. Referring back to rule 1, you represent yourself and the group. Do not act like a fool all the time.
