NPC animation tragically off course of what it should be?

Hi, I’m not the best animator in the world; but I at least am able to tell.. that something’s not right here. I’m not sure how roblox works with the bones and such, but I do know that this is.. clearly not right

This clip shows what I wish to achieve

And this shows what actually happens..

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Not sure why the NPC just decides to start flying around. (Ignore the stood up NPC, that’s completely separate) I have animation priority on movement, but nothing seems to be working.

Hello, what is the initial position of the rig without the animator’s plugin ?

Do the humanoidrootpart is in the good position ?

i think of changing position manually or use animation event

HRP is in him

Can you elaborate? Like should I use robloxs built in thing instead of moon?

Yes, that’s what he meant by animation event. As far as I’m aware, only the default animator has them.

Him it is not highlighted ? Is it normal ?

None of my other HRPs seem to be highlighted, but.. I believe it is there otherwise something seems to be terribly wrong.

Just to add on to this, I seemed to have gotten it working.. a bit. I think the can collide of the desk in front of it was a bit wonky, and I was using R6 which seems to have really bugged it out for some reason. Kind of odd

Try to anchor the humanoidrootpart
