I’ve had many reports from players saying they’ve purchased access to my game, the money has been deducted from their account yet they still cannot click play to play the game they’ve purchased!! I’m not even receiving the money they spent on the game!

Brought access clicked play nothing for a few minutes then launcher appeared and game started a few minutes later. Everything is extremely slow to load, I waited at the load screen for 5 minutes before clicking skip. Nothing has loaded yet still no assets whatsoever currently. It’s not my internet because my internet is good.Took around 10-15 minutes to load everything
It’s probably people complaining with a bad/slow connection which unfortunately is normally a lot of people. Although I was quite slow to load also so I can only imagine how long it might be taking other players

Some of the players who purchased access couldn’t play immediately, however after waiting a while and returning back to the page the play button was then visible.

I just saw both these people in the server I was in. They was complaining about ‘everything being grey, can’t move, god it’s taking forever i need to get a refund’ to everyone in the server and trying to encourage they do the same.
Ripull are you getting new complaints about this?
I got one more complaint today that I felt was related but the user never specified their issue so I’m going to say no, I haven’t gotten any more complaints since.
