Senior Barista → Head Barista:
Play Actively
We expect activity of around 30 mins-1 hour per day for baristas trying to rank up to Head Barista! If you need to miss a day or 2 you can, but missing weeks will negatively impact your chances.
Be Helpful
We ask our baristas to always be helpful to other players regardless of rank or other factors, if you feel you cannot help in a situation, you can always contact support. Please also remember there is a difference between ‘helping’ and ‘minimodding’, we always encourage you to help other customers and baristas, but if you begin threatening to take action, etc, this is not allowed!
Shifting vs Sitting
We expect our baristas ingame to shift for the activity expectations instead of just sitting/walking around the game. This time is set as a shift expectation and not meeting it can reduce your promotional chances.
Requirements
You MUST be in our communications server which can be found on our group page. You must also be 13+ (age required for comms server), and have safechat disabled on your Roblox account.
Head Barista → Café Assistant:
Activity
Requirements for Head Barista → Café Assistant are more challenging than Senior Barista → Head Barista as you’re in the position where we feel we need higher expectations. We expect Head Baristas to play at least 40mins-2 hours each day. Again, missing 1-2 days is ok but please do not miss large periods.
Inactivity
If you need to go inactive please first contact a member of the Administration Team+ with your reason and how long, the maximum inactivity time is 2 weeks and you will be expected to remember yourself before it ends. Any inactivity outside of an IN is considered towards promotion chances.
2FA
All Head Baristas+ are required to have 2FA on both their Roblox and Discord account. Proof of this can be sent to your Promoter or any member of the AT+ team.

Command Usage
Head Baristas are permitted to kick users from the game. This command will immediately remove a user from the game, but they will be able to join back as soon as they want. Abuse of this command is highly punishable. You may kick after 1 valid warning, and you can only kick each person once before you must open a support ticket. Hinting
It should say without going, but we expect that our Head Baristas do not “hint” towards being promoted. This includes saying thins such as “When do HB usually get promoted?”, “Who promotes HB?”, “Am I close to promotion?”, etc… This is a DWW (Demoteable Without Warning) offense.
