Object hierarchy stuck / not showing (Next Gen Explorer)

Object’s hierarchy gets stuck, not expanding, leaving user unable to view it’s children in the explorer.

Replication steps:

  1. Create Part.
  2. Create PointLight in Part.
  3. Make sure Part has hierarchy expanded in the explorer.
  4. Delete PointLight while the hierarchy is expanded.
  5. Create new child objects in Part, and you should see that they’re not visible in its hierarchy anymore.

Note: I have no active plugins.
