Occasional forced password reset screen prevents access despite valid email

When attempting to log in to my account (idk79271), I am unexpectedly redirected to the Account Recovery screen instead of logging in normally. This screen asks me to reset my password before I can access anything on my account.

However, no password reset email is ever sent, even though I have previously received Roblox emails (including verification messages) at the same email address which I enter into the prompted field to reset my password. This makes it impossible to proceed, effectively locking me out of the account.

When I tried contacting Roblox Support for help, I was redirected to a new AI-based support chat system. After confirming my username, the bot ends the conversation immediately without asking for any additional information or offering to escalate the case to a human support representative. This automated flow does not create a support ticket, nor does it give me any option to provide proof of account ownership.

This issue has left me unable to recover or access my account, even though I have a valid, working email associated with it.

Expected behavior

When logging in, I should be signed in directly without being redirected to a password reset screen. If a reset is required, a password reset email should be reliably delivered to the verified email address already associated with the account.

Additionally, support should offer an option to escalate unresolved cases to a human representative, or at least allow me to submit a ticket manually if the automated bot cannot resolve the issue.
