Community Guidelines
General Parlor Rules
1. Be Kind to Others - Please respect all guests & staff.
2. No Spamming - Spamming is strictly not allowed.
3. Abide All Roblox Rules - Please follow all Roblox rules and Terms of Service.
4. Do Not Troll - Do not horseplay or spam, more known as, trolling, is not allowed here.
5. No Online Dating - Online Dating is not allowed.
6. No Swearing - Swearing is not allowed as it is against Roblox Terms of Service.
7. No Advertising - Do not advertise anything, advertising is not allowed at any time.
8. Wear Appropriate Clothing - Please wear clothing that can be worn in public, and you may not dress with no shirt or no pants, or both.
9. Don’t Beg - Earn your ranks!
Staff Rules
The following rules must be used at all times for staff members at any Hex Frozen Yogurt game.
1. Follow all general guidelines - You are a member of our staff, but still need to follow the general rules as everyone else has to.
2. Do not share any explicit or inappropriate content - This is not allowed as you may be sharing content that can be viewed by other people who are not at the age.
3. Use grammar at all times - If you are a worker for Hex, you MUST use grammar in game.
4. Do YOUR job - If you are a worker for Hex, you MUST do your job and not someone else’s.
5. Don’t be bossy - Maintain a friendly relationship with other employees.
6. Don’t admin abuse - Admin abusing admin will result in a demotion.
Absuive Commands
The following commands are considered abusive at any Hex Frozen Yogurt game. Users who own the “Admin Commands” game pass are not exempt from abusive commands. Please use common sense before using commands, some may not be listed.

Rank Classes
Basic Ranks:
[1] Customer
This is the first rank in the group, new members are automatically Customers.
[2] Noted Customer
Only obtainable under permission from a Vice President+
[B] Business Partner
This rank is strictly reserved for Hex Frozen Yogurt Business Partners.
[X] Suspended
Users who are suspended are put under this role.
Low Ranks:
[3] Awaiting Training
This rank is obtained by passing the Awaiting Training application at our center. After obtaining this rank, you must attend at least one training session in order to work behind the counter.
[4] Junior Barista
This rank is obtained by passing the Junior Barista application at our center or by passing one training or purchasing this rank for R$149. Users who obtain this rank will be granted access to work behind the counter to server customers.
[5] Barista
This rank is obtained by being promoted during shifts or trainings. Users with this rank obtain the same abilities as a Junior Barista, however obtain a higher rank than Junior Baristas.
[6] Head Barista
This rank is obtained by being promoted during shifts, trainings, reaching a certain number of points or purchasing this rank for R$349. Users with this rank obtain the same abilities as a Barista, however obtain a higher rank than a Barista.
Middle Ranks:
[7] Shift Leader
This rank is obtained by meeting certain requirements that can be found on our Discord server. This rank oversees the parlor and works behind the counter (similar to the job of a Barista).
[8] Staff Assistant
This rank is obtained by being promoted during shifts, trainings, or purchasing it for R$849. With this rank, your job is to help out behind the counter if needed, supervise the lobby and parlor to ensure staff are intact, customers are obeying all rules, etc. You are also allowed to assist at trainings.
[9] Assistant Supervisor
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+. The more active, friendly, helpful and caring you are, the more likely you are to be recognized by an Executive Director+. Users within this rank are expected to oversee the parlor and make sure that all staff are on task. If needed, this role can help out behind the counter. You are also allowed to assist at trainings.
[10] Supervisor
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+ or purchase this rank for 2750 robux to rank up. The same criterias apply when it comes to recognizing Supervisors as they do for recognizing Assistant Supervisors. Only the best of the best are promoted. Users in this rank should make sure all staff and customers are abiding by the general rules, oversee the parlor and operations. You are also allowed to assist at trainings.
High Ranks:
[11] Assistant Manager
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+ or purchase it for R$2,149. The same criterias apply when it comes to recognizing Assistant Managers as they do for recognizing Supervisors. Users in this rank are able to host shifts and trainings, but are able to assist at trainings. Users in this position must stay active to prevent a demotion. Additionally, users should oversee the parlor and its operations, moderate servers, and ensure all staff are on task.
[12] Manager
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+. The same criterias apply when it comes to recognizing Managers as they do for recognizing Assistant Managers. Users in this rank are able to host shifts and trainings, but must stay active to prevent a demotion. Additionally, users should oversee the parlor and its operations, moderate servers, and ensure all staff are on task.
[13] General Manager
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+. The same criterias apply when it comes to recognizing General Managers as they do for recognizing Managers. Users in this rank are able to host shifts and trainings, but must stay active to prevent a demotion. Additionally, users should oversee the parlor and its operations, moderate servers, and ensure all staff are on task. This rank is the second highest high rank obtainable.
[14] Assistant Director
To obtain this rank, you must be recognized by an Executive Director+ or purchase this rank for R$ 3,499… The same criterias apply when it comes to recognizing Assistant Directors as they do for recognizing General Managers. Users in this rank are able to host shifts and trainings, but must stay active to prevent a demotion. Additionally, users should oversee the parlor and its operations, moderate servers, and ensure all staff are on task. This rank is the highest high rank obtainable.
Super High Ranks:
[15] Board of Directors
This rank is obtainable by receiving a promotion from a Vice President+. This role is the second highest out of two obtainable super high ranks. Users in this rank should moderate all servers, look out and oversee all ranks below them, and be a role model.
[16] Executive Director
This rank is obtainable by receiving a promotion from a Vice President+. This role is the highest out of two obtainable super high ranks. Users in this rank should moderate all servers, look out and oversee all ranks below them, and be a role model.
Leadership Team:
[-] Vice President
This rank is not obtainable. This role is for the Vice Presidents of Soleró.
[-] President
This rank is not obtainable. This role is for the President of Soleró.
[-] Chairman
This rank is not obtainable. This role is for the Chairman & Owner of Soleró.
Promotions, Demotions & Suspensions
Promotions
For those wondering how you can rank up, check “Rank Classes” which will give you information on the different ranks and how to obtain them.
Demotions
Lack of grammar, admin abuse, and trolling are instant demotions. Users who are demoted can restart and work for their rank. This only applies to users who are not permanently fired.
Suspensions
If you’re caught breaking any part of the guidelines, you will be suspended for 3 days . During your suspension, you’ll be demoted to the [X] Suspended Rank . Users who leave the group and rejoin to obtain their rank before their suspension is completed, will be permanently fired and blacklisted from all Hex Frozen Yogurt games.
