I kept seeing these, where also probably Roblox should improve how saved outfits should display if they’re bugged out

There’s this old Catalog Asset ID that Roblox uploaded which doesn’t seem to be loading anymore.

What happened to it?

Expected Result

It loads the catalog item properly.

Actual Result

It redirects you back to Catalog, but it resolves the Catalog Item Name first in the URL.

Issue still happens.

You can try to generate a thumbnail of this Outfit ID 6374337718 to confirm that the affected catalog item is still broken.

Just note that, a few API responses, or whatever instances of Roblox Servers exist, one of them seems to return an actual thumbnail of the outfit, even though it shouldn’t because the affected catalog item is “in custody” at the moment. But that might be a different bug.

Does the Black Jeans link work for you or not?

Please, make sure you’re not connected to a VPN.

The link doesn’t seem to work in Switzerland.
But apparently works in Germany. It seems to work in the United States.

This is why @starhiker13 said they couldn’t re-produce it. Maybe the issue is only on specific regions, shards whatever it is.

And maybe this is not the only Catalog Item that is affected.

It works for me, but same issue with me, i can access my links by vpn but only on some locations, but i cant with my own origin, however with vpn the catalog item images dont load for me so using roblox with vpn is useless

I only found 2 to 3 servers, that were bugged. But maybe there are other that have different assets bugged.

It’s fixed now, thanks! It’s strange that it happened. I wonder if there were other items affected.

Was it automatic or manual? Because I couldn’t ever tell if something triggered this. I only know it happened after one day passed.

there are many catalog items uploaded from creators that are restricted in many different regions, please look into it as it is not only affecting roblox items but items of many many creators and its affecting overall sales !
