“Highly Engaged Players” in the Audience Reach tab is not accurately reporting data.

In the first screenshot provided below, the number currently says 95. This number has not increased in 2 days. In the second screenshot provided below, it showcases 158 visits on 5/20/26 (2 days ago), as well as other visits on previous days. It is statistically impossible for there to be 158 visits and 0 “Highly Engaged Players,” leading to the conclusion that this feature is not functioning correctly.

Furthermore, in the 3rd screenshot provided below, it showcases that within the past 28 days there were over 15,000 total new users with plays. For there to only be 95 “Highly Engaged Players” out of 15,000 is statistically impossible, leading to the conclusion that this feature is not functioning correctly.

Additionally, in the 4th screenshot provided below, this data indicates that over 2,000 age checked users who are over 21+ under the “Most Recent” tab in “Demographics,” meaning the 500 player requirement should be fulfilled. For there to be only 95 “Highly Engaged Players” out of 2,000+ age checked verified players is statistically impossible.

Expected behavior

The expected behavior for this feature is to display accurate reporting of “Highly Engaged Players.”

The day this update released in New Zealand, The Netherlands, Australia, and Indonesia, I ran a sponsor to test out the requirements myself.

This sponsor resulted in 2,232 players joining my game. Out of these players, 484 of them were age verified and 16+. Despite this, my analytics are showing that 0 of them were eligible.

I believe that Roblox is excluding users obtained from sponsors as being eligible. This is absolutely unacceptable as there was no mention that these players had to be obtained from home recommendations.

It’s slowly crawling for me. was 330 on may 19. I expected 500+ for a 40K MAU game where 15% of them are 16 and older.
currently running ads and fixing onboarding/bugs to help with engagement.
hopefully roblox loosens the requirement a bit so either the requirement is 200 or the indicators whatever.

Update: it’s at 500. so it was working as intended the entire time, or just delayed

I assumed this wasn’t the case, but if this is true then how does Roblox expect games to naturally find players? I thought my game’s players came from sponsors but I am not sure exactly what contributed to this requirement.
