Description:
In the experience Emergency Hamburg, I can still see my old private server in the Roblox app, even though the developers have disabled private servers and switched to a Reserved Server system a few months ago.
The app also incorrectly shows that private servers are “Free”, as if it were possible to create a new private server, but this option has been disabled.
This issue has been present for about 2–3 weeks and many other users report the same behavior.
Not sure if this affects other experiences as well.
Reproduction Steps:
- Open the Roblox app.
- Navigate to the experience “Emergency Hamburg”.
- Open the server list.
- Observe that:
- Old private servers are still visible.
- The app displays that private servers are “Free”, suggesting they can be created, even though they cannot.
Expected Behavior:
When an experience disables private servers, old private servers should no longer be visible in the app, and the private server purchase option should not be displayed at all.
Actual Behavior:
- Old private servers remain visible in the server list in the app.
- The app incorrectly shows that private servers are “Free” and available, even though they cannot be created.
Frequency:
Happens consistently for the last 2–3 weeks. Reported by multiple other users in the Emergency Hamburg Discord Server.
Platform:
Roblox App (tested on Mobile, iPhone 14 and Windows 11 via Roblox Desktop App)
