Baize Hotels & Resorts Group Information
Partnership Information - Salutations! As we continue to grow, Baize Hotels & Resorts is always looking for other groups to collaborate and form positive relationships with. In order to partner with us, we ask that you please contact a Director of the Public Relations Department, f1uey or cluir, if you meet our requirements. They can be messaged within our public Communications Server.
Partnership Requirements:

Group must have at least 30 members.

Group must have an active and growing community.

Group must have at least one active game.

Group must have professional and kind staff.

Group must be willing to shout and attend Baize events.

Session Information - Greetings! Just starting out? You have come to the right place! Our training sessions give staff members the opportunity to advance their position within our prestigious group. In order to receive a promotion, you must attend the session times below and be ranked to at least Trainee. While attending a training session, you are eligible to train for the next rank, until you reach Customer Service. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us within our public Communications Server.

2nd Session - 12 PM Eastern Time
3rd Session - 3 PM Eastern Time
4th Session - 6 PM Eastern Time
5th Session - 9 PM Eastern Time

All of the following session times above are listed in Eastern Time. We highly encourage
individuals to use a time converter, to convert the time to your personal time zone.
Session Reminders
- Training sessions usually last a duration of around an hour. Please make sure that you are available during the entire session. Administrators allow individuals to go “AFK” for a maximum of five minutes. If you are seen inactive “AFK” during the session, you will be removed.
- If you are attending a session, please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the listed training session time. Administrators lock the session exactly at the listed time above.
- Please be sure to remain respectful and appropriate during all sessions. Administrators will remove individuals from the training session that are seen not complying with guidelines.
- If you passed, please do not leave the session until your trainer tells you that you have been ranked and you can leave. If you leave before your trainer directs you to leave, you will have to attend another session in the future in order to receive the promotion. If you have failed, please do not feel discouraged. Our administrators are consistently hosting sessions, so do not give up!

Donation Agreement
Baize Hotels provides individuals with the option to donate towards a roleset within the group. All purchases made are put into development, group improvement, and advertisements. While purchasing a roleset donation within the group, you agree to the following terms below:
- With full possession of a roleset gamepass, you will act in a mature, professional manner at all times within Baize related facilities and affiliated establishments. With that in mind, you are required to use grammar at all times within Baize related facilities, affiliated establishments and in our public Communications Server. Furthermore, you are required to wear your assigned uniform within all Baize related facilities and affiliated establishments.
- With full possession of a roleset gamepass, you become fully aware that your role can be suspended at any given time without a refund. If you are in violation of our guidelines, we hold every right to terminate you from your position.
- With full possession of a roleset gamepass, you understand that joining our public Communications Server is a requirement. Throughout our server, we provide our staff with an assortment of guides, so that you can become fully knowledgeable of our rules and regulations.
- With full possession of a roleset gamepass, you understand that admin abuse will not be tolerated and is strictly forbidden within Baize Hotels under any given circumstance. Within our Public Communications server, we provide staff with a handbook of admin commands that we allow.
- With full possession of a roleset gamepass, you become aware that you are purchasing a donation with group and game perks, as this is not a rank purchase. More information on roleset gamepasses will be displayed within the gamepass description.
