For the past several days, my experience has been repeatedly hit by severe network disruptions that are affecting servers and disconnecting/disrupting players.
I believe these are intentional, targeted network attacks against my experience. The issue is still ongoing and continues to happen.
I’ve contacted Roblox Support about this, but I was asked to provide a video showing how the exploit is performed. Unfortunately, I have no way to obtain this because I cannot reproduce or access the exploit myself. I can only document the effects it is having on my servers.
I’m mainly looking for advice from developers or Roblox staff who may know how these types of attacks can be investigated or mitigated, and whether there is a team I can contact that can properly investigate the network activity.
Any help or direction would be appreciated, as this is still actively affecting the experience.
