Online & Studio bug: HumanoidRootPart's welds mess up on spawn

Started happening a few days ago. I assume this has something to do with the recent SpawnLocation & MoveTo() update.

I caught this happening yesterday and today:

Last one is using: workspace.Maelstronomer.HumanoidRootPart.Transparency=0

I thought that might’ve just been my place. But nope. It happens in a new, SCRIPTLESS place (other than a Head Sound remover, and a fishing rod tool), with a default SpawnLocation too: (both legs are in the same position/cframe in this picture)

I suspect the culprit is in the MoveTo() update. I have experience with a teleport tool that uses MoveTo(). And if you click on a surface with Weld on the top, you get welded to it and start flailing around like this:

And the connection to this bug report is the Torso has Weld surfaces on it.

Has any other dev experienced or received reports about this?
It happens every 1 in 1-20 spawns for me. The top pictures were taken on my second and third spawn.
Doesn’t happen in F6 Play Solo mode. Happens online and in studio’s F7 server mode.

P.S. When my friend joined the server during the picture with the head weld messed up, he said my head was fine on his screen. I’ve seen the whole body messed up on another person in the server though.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is it still happening? If you have a simple reproduce case with a place, that would be a great help for us in troubleshooting the problem. Thanks!
