i think the staff above already said that 
roblox itself got banned in türkiye along with a bunch of payment methods and i can still make purchases idk find ur own ways 
the staff arent gonna open an entire bank just for u and if they did develop some in app payment system themselves all ur information would probably get leaked in 2 days anyway… also this isnt even a bug and wow this escalated quickly
