I want to buy the premium subscription in the desktop version of Roblox player. What If I don’t have a browser? I expect Premium 1000 to appear there. THIS STILL OCCURS. I waited 2 months, and got silence. I can’t upload, change, set it on sale, do anything with my UGC anymore to the marketplace. When this would finally be spotted and not ignored?
Whether you’re using a phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop, you can use a browser, and you can purchase from there. The inability to purchase the Premium 1000 in-app is clearly intentional, as both staff members mentioned that you need to buy it from the website.
If you’re not uploading to a group, you don’t need Premium to upload UGC, only to publish. Since there are no 3D avatar items in any of your groups, you shouldn’t be facing any issues here. For more information: Marketplace policy | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub
And lastly, this report was already closed over a month ago. Replying won’t change anything, and it’s highly likely to be locked.

If you’re already subscribed, you can’t easily change your plan right away. I suppose you’re subscribed to the 450 plan, so cancel it, wait until the plan expires and then you should be able to purchase other plans, like 1000 or 2200.
I’m fairly certain that this is because of app marketplaces taking cuts of in-app purchases. The App Store, Play Store, and (maybe?) Microsoft Store take a cut of all purchases made in-app including subscriptions. Just subscribe from the web, your subscription will still apply in all the paps.
