Where you have a button with an opaque background, with transparent text that lets you see through the button

Can you load the button image as a .png file?
I know that works with Decals so you can have sections of the image transparent to see the Part colour, or if the Part is Transparent the decal is just by itself.
Yeah, I can upload it and use it as an image, but I kinda don’t want to do that every time i want to change the text or add more buttons with different text…
This won’t look like your example, but I was able to achieve it with the regular things available through the UI elements:
