Hey 
I am SpecializedPhantom, you can call me Specialized or Spec. I started building not so long time ago. I’m a very friendly user. I specialize in building Sci-Fi and horror but I can make other genres too. If you ever have any questions or just want to say hi, feel free to shoot me a message, I tend to reply quickly!
Why should you pick me?
I put a lot time and attention into each of my builds! I’m also understanding and willing to be flexible to meet my clients needs, I also make sure my client is satisfied by asking them as many questions as possible.

Terms

Payment
- I will not take percentages as payment.
- You must pay me first before I give you the build and provide proof of payment
- You must pay a 30% tax if you are paying me with game passes.
- I will not provide refunds!
- If you fail to pay me for the build, I will make the build a free model.
- You must pay 50% upfront before I start the commission.
Cancellation
- I have the right to deny or cancel an order.
- You may not cancel an order when it’s near completion.
- If you don’t respond back within 3 day, I will cancel your order.

Pricing
Prices are negotiable. Prices depend on how long the service takes, what I need to do, and if I need to use my existing models or create new ones.
