Hey, I’m phase471!

I’m currently developing a large Roblox city game inspired by classic Roblox (2013 to 2014 era), with modern systems layered on top. This has been a long term passion project of mine, and development has been ongoing about a year (Early Feb 2025).

I have been building everything solo so far including UI, weapon framework, core gameplay systems, economy, etc. At this point, I am looking to bring on a small dev team to help turn the project into a complete game.

Just as a reminder, this isn’t a concept. Core systems already exist. What is needed now are builds and visual development.

Current Roles

  • @phase471 (me) - Lead Programmer, UI Designer, Game Designer (yeah i know, i do a lot lol)
  • Animator - OPEN
  • Builder & Modeler - OPEN

What I’m Looking For

I’m mainly looking for a Builder & 3D Modeler who can help bring the city to life.

This includes:

  • Building the main city layout and future areas
  • Modeling props, weapons, armor, and equipment
  • Helping shape the overall visual identity of the game
  • Supporting future map expansions and updates

The building style will be a mix of classic Roblox studs and modern detail. You do not need to have everything perfectly planned. Layout and world flow will be collaborative, and I will be there giving feedback, ideas, and references to help move things forward.

I am also looking for an R6 Animator for character movement and weapon animations!

Compensation

Paid and or revenue share depending on role and experience.

Builder & Modeler role is planned as approximately 30% revenue share.
Animator role is planned as approximately 15% revenue share.

Optional sign-on bonus after initial milestones.

All details will be discussed privately and transparently before work begins

Requirements

  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Good communication
  • About 2+ Years of experience for both roles (preferably)
  • Portfolio or examples of past work
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Working microphone preferred
  • Time zone within about 4 hours of EST
