Hi there! We are JubHub Studio, a Studio that is looking for a development team. We’re looking for a scripter who is willing to join our team and work with us on our new game, It’s a Simulator game called ‘‘Sword Simulator’’
We are looking for a professional scripter to join our team also the Simulator Professional. We expect good and working scripts. Good communication skills are appreciated; I check team progress sometimes and want to maintain a healthy relationship with one another.
Our game needs a lot of new assets completed by anytime at least before summer ends. We expect each asset will take between 1-2 hours.

So, there is a lack of information within your post. Will the developers that you hire be paid in percentages or do you have a set number? How do you expect every asset to be done within 1-2 hours if they are in a different time zone? What if your game doesn’t get visits, do you have a back-up plan to pay the people who worked on your game for their assets?
Im not that sure. Ive tryed simulator scripts andIt wasnt that hard really. And besides e7c is probally gonna get the Job. (Im thinking its just the basics like leveling up, coins e.t.c but if you want to make like a very impack full game them im not your guy)
the time zones dont matter, just make an asset at anytime for 1 or 2 hours, and theres no backup plan its a desicion they make , no game earnings no payments
You want to hire a good scripter, but they aren’t going to be paid if the game doesn’t get any visits. That does’t sound like a very good plan to make a good game. You atleast need to have a price you are going to pay them if the game does get visits. Otherwise, you just won’t have many people that want to do this work for you.
I don’t see much on this post other than what the game name is, you need assets, a deadline, and a big vulnerability for your payment method. Firstly, you should give more details than the assets will take around 1-2 hours, developers that are looking for jobs need all information to be able to choose from job offers. They can’t do this correctly if you aren’t writing your post correctly and giving insufficient information.
Secondly, moving onto your way of paying the developer. This is 100% faulty and should not be presented to people who are looking to either support themselves or to make money. This will never ensure the developers any money what so ever as popularity and sales are never guaranteed. It’s highly impossible to find someone that wouldn’t want payment for what they are doing, unless they are just starting out and want a job.
You should set a base price for payments so those who want to apply can know how much they will be getting.
Thirdly, you or anyone should not be replying to this post unless it contributes to the post or gives advice, by replying to it for useless reasons you are bumping the post.
