Greetings! I’m Inevrnux , Vice-Chairman of Atlantida Hotels. We are a new hotel group looking for opportunities to grow.
About The Job
We are looking for an experienced builder who can build our new hotel who accomplish our expectations within 3-4 weeks.
The hotel should include the following:
36 Standard Rooms
- 4 Rooms per floor.
- Rooms should include the following: A bed, television, a bathroom with a shower, an open closet, a small table for a coffee machine and a desk with a chair.
6 Premium Rooms
- 3 Rooms per floor.
- Rooms should include the following: A bed, television, a bathroom with a shower, an open closet, a small table for a coffee machine,a desk with a chair, a couch, a small balcony and a table for 6 people.
Restaurant
- The restaurant should be on-site of the hotel.
- The restaurant should be able to house around 25 customers.
- A kitchen area.
Outdoor Pool Area
- A large outdoor pool area
- This should include the following: Sunbeds for seating and enough space for water slides.
- This should be located at the back of the hotel accessible through a door connected to the hotel.
GYM
- A gym area with machines.
NOTE: Free Models will not be accepted, and none of the hotel is required to be scripted, only the build and design is required
Payment
Payment is negotiable, we’re looking to pay between 15-35k. Payment will be made via a one time payout from Group Funds.
