Hi! We are Midewest Studios. We currently have 4 developers in our team and we are looking to expand to around 10 developers. We are Currently working on a Sneaker Head Simulator which is where you can buy and sell sneakers.

About The Job
We are looking for someone to become our Head Of Development, You will need to manage multiple members of our Team, choose what projects we will do, and make the decisions that could make our games that much better!
You will need to me able to voice chat, manage 10+ Developers have experience with Roblox Studio, are very Imaginative. You will also need to have good leadership skills as well as communication skills.
