About The Job

We are looking for a professional scripter to join our ranks to fill in on areas that our main scripter can not. This will be an ongoing work relationship for not just the tycoon project. Our current scripter has been with us for over a year.

Payment

We are paying USD per asset/ script. Our preferred payment method is Paypal. We will offer a contract for you to sign that will guarantee payment for the assets you’ve created. All payments negotiated at time of script Dept on complexity (we have found most scripter to like this format best).

Our preferred candidate must have at least these qualifications as our team is mostly adults :
You must be 15 years or older to apply.
Preferably out of school, but not a killer
Have a PayPal account
And U.S east coast based is a plus, but not a req
Team communication skills - A must
Studio hours are open 24-7

We are paying USD per asset/ script.

Personally, I’d probably change the specifics of how payment’s done, as the amount of scripts can vary. What can be done in a single script could be spread out to 5, 10, and even more.

As someone who was formerly part of the studios (although had never actually worked in any projects in my tenure), I can also help take any inquiries anyone might have.

Just gonna highlight a few things that stand out to me…

You must be 15 years or older to apply. - Can we get an explanation why? Most recruitments are 13+
Preferably out of school, but not a killer - And why is this a major factor? If they are out of school, they are going to have work and other things to do IRL, so why is this an issue?
Have a PayPal account
And U.S east coast based is a plus, but not a req - Is this a language or communication issue? For say, an applicant was British, why is it an issue if not from US East Coast?

I am just really confused on a few of those, so would like a more in depth explanation.

no problem,

1. age, is due to maturity level , we have experienced alot that younger Devs do not hold deadlines or have proper communication skills,
2. Out of school, due to Scheduling, As stated not a killer but i like to be respectful of time, education and work is important, but i would like someone who can work often and not just weekends
3. East Coast is just a time preference, as i am located there and language is not an issue at all unless not English.
