[Open Source] Animation ID Printer For new Emotes

Hey! I noticed a lot of people have been having a lot of issues with getting the animations to emotes, and each post I help out with its the same solution, me providing the download to this exact same system. This is actually very simple, and all I did was add a print statement. I decided to create this post so users will not have to create posts about getting the animations to the new emotes Roblox released, in example;

It seems that people want to be able to use these high quality animations and so this solution is born. Being able to use it is actually simple, and I am currently looking for ways to make it work without you owning the animations. Currently you must own the Animations.

How to set it up

-Download the file: CustomAnimationPrinter.rbxm (9.2 KB)
-In studio, insert from file, and you should get the script.
-Move the script to StarterPlayer>StarterCharacterScripts
(Should look like this)
image
-Run the game, and open output, and emote!

The animation ID should then print, here is the result;

Keep in mind, this is a very simple script, and all I did was modify Roblox’s animation system, but if you find use for this, and you need the animations for lets say NPC’s, or a custom part of your game, there you go!
