Hello there, fellow developers! My name is Ashus1u and I am working on a very large project that requires a large, talented team to create and complete.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Scripter (1/4)

JOB OVERVIEW & PAY:

You will be working at your own pace. This means that you are entitled to work how many hours you want in a week, just as long as you can get things done.
You’ll be paid with a certain percent of the game earnings. Remember, pay is based off of the success of our games. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

About payment, how much you have robux to pay people and for ads? For example I want to work 10hours a week and I cant get 10 robux. Also, how can we know your game will be success, even the team worked hard but still failed?

I think the answer is in the writing, mate.
Also, uncertainty is just a risk you have to take with percentage payments

I don’t necessarily understand the ‘the more you put into it, the more you get out of it’. Are you launching ads on release, or just hoping to somehow manage to reach the spotlight?

So your saying if the game does not blow up the developers will not get any pay from there work?

Technically, but they’ve signed up for it and I make sure they know and acknowledge it.

Almost interested, just an extra question, What type of “theme” is the game? (Building wise). Cartoony? Realistic?
