Opening catalog assets in a new tab causes redirect loop in current Creator Hub tab, ends on wrong group section

When I open any group-uploaded catalog asset (e.g., a Dynamic Head) in a new tab from Creator Hub — either by middle-clicking or right-clicking > Open in new tab — the current tab I was working in begins to rapidly switch between my user profile and the group page. After several redirects, it lands incorrectly on the group’s Clothing > T-Shirts section.

This occurs without any further input in that tab. I expect the current page to stay exactly where it was — in the correct group context, within the selected sub-category (e.g. “Heads”) — and not be interrupted or redirected elsewhere. This behavior breaks the flow of my asset management and forces me to manually navigate back every time.

As someone who uploads and manages multiple dynamic heads daily, this significantly slows down my workflow.

Affects group-uploaded assets under the Creations tab

When it started:

Approximately July 1st, 2025 — still present as of July 4th, 2025

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Go to https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/creations
  2. View a group and filter to a specific asset type (e.g., Dynamic Heads)
  3. Middle-click or right-click > Open in new tab on any asset
  4. Observe how the current tab (not the new one) rapidly switches between user and group profile
  5. After a few seconds, it redirects to the group’s Clothing > T-Shirts section, regardless of what you were viewing

Frequency:

Occurs 100% of the time

Expected behavior

Opening a catalog asset (via middle-click or right-click → Open in new tab) should:

  • Leave the current Creator Hub tab completely unchanged
  • Maintain the exact context the user was working in — including:
    • The selected group
    • The selected sub-category (e.g., Heads, Faces, Accessories)
    • The Creations tab view
  • Not trigger any redirect or switching between group and user profiles
  • Not interrupt or reset the current tab’s state in any way

Only the newly opened tab should load the asset page. The original tab should stay exactly where it was, ready for continued work or additional edits.

Yep, this also happens when rapidly opening asset/game pages under groups. Should be fixed ASAP
