Opening Game Settings in Studio locks the mouse cursor to default

When you open and close the Game Settings in Studio, your mouse will retain its cursor, even when hovering over potentially selecting parts. This could be annoying because it’s hard to tell whether you are hovering over something that you can select or not.

This bug occurs 100% of the time on the latest Win10 and Roblox Studio builds.

This is still a thing as of 3/10/2019.
It includes the new draft system with Team Create.

Very annoying and ruins my workflow.
