[OSX] Unable to download

So I tried downloading roblox on a mac and every time I start the installer it starts, goes for a few seconds, stops, and gives me this

Anyone know what’s up?

Please provide what kind of mac… it differs from macbook air to pro, etc.

I’m not generally a mac user so I don’t know much about them. About This Mac says it’s version 10.9.4. Also it’s an all-in-one.

This issue stopped when I closed all of my mediafire processes, which leads me to believe that it’s an issue with the installer receiving the data. It looks like if it misses anything it just cancels the download.

What apple product is it?

Are you asking for a serial code or something? How do I find that?

Sorry, not a big mac user.

There is only one apple all-in-one, so it’s atleast some type of iMac

Yes, it is indeed an iMac. The OS X version that you are using (10.9.4) is the second-to-latest version of OS X Mavericks, which was released in June, 2014. The latest version of OS X is Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), which was released in November. If you are able to update to this version, please do and see if this fixes your problems. I am currently running Yosemite, and I am able to update and launch the Roblox application.
