Our 9+ million visits game "Lost Aisles" has been stolen from us.. for almost 2 months by now. Roblox doesn't care

Hello all!

TLDR
Our game Lost Aisles was stolen when my account was hacked.. on the 16th of February.
Despite countless tickets, they all get responded to by braindead AI or are just ignored after a bit of back & forth.
Feels as if Roblox doesn’t give the slightest slither of care when they aren’t legally obliged to or if investors aren’t near.

So from the 16th to 17th of February, my account was compromised. Most importantly among other things, our game Lost Aisles was transferred from our group hehe game go brr to a fake group, which was renamed to Lost Aisles Community (formerly drippyontop).

We’ve been sending tickets left and right for nearly 2 months now, we’ve gotten in contact with DevRel multiple times, but they just “escalated” the ticket, which (likely unbeknownst to them) just went to more AI or illiterate “support”.

I do think there are genuinely people there that do try to help, but the problem is that Roblox itself doesn’t care.

The game had (if I recall correctly) around 7 million visits before being hacked, and now at the time of writing this stands at 9.1 million visits. It was reaching 900+ CCU on weekends (peaked at ~3k CCU) and was just starting to take off to greater heights as the hack happened. We’ve estimated based on our revenue that they’ve stolen at the very least 2000 USD.

Tho the revenue is the least I care about. This was an indie passion project with a good friend of mine @d00minator and later down the line with @IBuildFunGames.
We just want our game back @Roblox.

This video has also been made on our case:

This is also very very far from being an isolated case.
This video made by blocco covers many other cases briefly, but this is a very widespread problem, to which roblox is turning a blind eye
