Our game broke after transferring it from an account to a group

We tried to transfer our game from an individual account to a group, but we did not confirm the transfer request during the process. After that, as far as I understand, our game got bugged.

The game appears to belong to the group — the owner is shown as the group. However, it still resides under the “creation” page of my account. That is, on the game’s page it says it belongs to the group, in Creator Hub it says it belongs to the group, but when viewing Creator Hub as the group, the game does not appear. In Creator Hub, the game is only visible when viewed from the personal account.

We cannot transfer the game back to the personal account due to the error “Failed to initiate transfer request”, and we also cannot create events because of the error “User has insufficient permissions to perform this operation”. We are currently in a deadlock situation, and we would prefer not to recreate the game since it has already grown significantly.

Are there any ways to fix this without going through support? The support team is currently not very helpful with this issue.
