The search ranking for my experience has recently dropped, and it appears to have been shadowbanned without warning. This has resulted in a decline in concurrent user (CCU) stats and a decrease in home recommendations. I’ve also received reports from players who can no longer find my experience in the search results.
I’ve already attempted to contact Roblox support, but I haven’t had any success. Currently, searching for my experience shows fake results, while my experience remains unlisted. I don’t understand why this is happening and would appreciate any help I can get.
As one person noted, you have Roblox in your title, which could be the culprit. I could also guess it’s because you updated your game today.
Roblox used to have a note in the discovery best practices section of the documentation that it can take up to 14 days to see search results improve. We can’t say for certain if that’s still a thing though.
Hopefully someone from the User & Discovery team or otherwise can clarify.
Sorry for late reply @TheReal4Cedar123! I took a look at your stats and I didn’t see any periods where there were 0 impressions from search. Whenever an experience receives reduced exposure (hidden from Search), a banner will show up on your Creator Hub, so I don’t think it was related to any such behaviour if you didn’t see a banner.
I also observed that when I search MovieWorld now your game shows up as the big tile, so I’m going to close this report. Thanks!

Hello @skpm_plz I’m also experiencing an issue where my game has 0 exposure in search and recommendations.
Could you please check my experience?
