Our Game Was Taken Down Without Any Details

Our game, Heaven’s Tower Defense, was suddenly (one hour ago) taken down, and we don’t understand why.

Roblox only shows the message that the game was removed for violating its policies. However, when we click “View Violation,” absolutely nothing appears. There is no explanation. No E-Mail or anything.

We have already contacted Roblox Support and are waiting for a response. Meanwhile, confused players keep asking where the game went. Players spend real money on these games, so having one removed without any explanation is extremely frustrating.

We understand that Roblox needs to enforce its rules, but removing a game without first providing any clear reason or contacting the developers feels extremely unfair. There are real development teams and businesses behind these games. We are always willing to communicate and fix any legitimate issue, but we cannot fix something when we are not even told what the problem is.

Has anyone experienced something similar, and how long did it take Roblox Support to respond?

Update: Roblox Support resolved the issue after around 7 hours. The problem was a prop that was considered inappropriate under the violence rules.

We removed it, published the updated version, and the game has now been restored.

I was pretty mad at first, but thankfully the support was actually fast and helpful. Overall, it was handled much better than I expected.
