Our experience Kazakh Tower (Universe ID: 9549278601, Place ID: 79548014923991) was previously available to an All Ages audience.
The experience was temporarily suspended because of a custom communication system. We removed the Text Sign system, updated the experience to use the official communication systems, and Roblox Support reviewed the update and removed the suspension.
After the suspension was removed, the experience changed to 16+ and Trusted Friends and now shows:
“Pending final review. Audience expansion will commence shortly.”
The experience’s content rating currently shows Minimal, with Occasional/Mild Violence, and the account/group publishing reach still shows All Ages. The experience also has 500+ highly engaged players and is marked as eligible.
We are concerned that the experience may be stuck in the final audience review after the moderation suspension was removed.
We would like Roblox to check whether the audience expansion review is functioning correctly and whether the experience will automatically return to its previous audience reach after the final review.
We have not changed the age rating or metadata while the review is pending.
Expected behavior
After the moderation suspension was removed and the updated experience was reviewed, the experience should proceed through the final audience review normally and, if approved, regain the appropriate audience reach based on its content rating and eligibility.
