I am the Project Manager for quite a lot of Discord and Roblox groups/servers. Most of them with trading and game development!
You can view an upcoming development group “Small Productions”, once the first game is released.

Availability

I am available for 3-4 hours of managing your team or servers work on the weekdays, but may have less time on weekends due to personal reasons. You can contact me any time, I will be working around 9 -1:30 PM EST on weekdays!

About Me

Hello, I am SmallTV, a Project/Marketplace Manager, I can also make sure every member/staff is following the rules you will send me, and will ask for permission before doing anything important, whilst also giving a reason.
I am available to work in both Group/Server, and will cooperate with anyone who has trouble. Here are some things I can ensure in your Group/Server:
1: Plan every big step towards success, and won’t talk much unless unnecessary. Organize the production of the work, as well as the workforce, training, and resources necessary to do the work.
2: Give staff members directions, and will answer any questions as long as they are told to me beforehand.
3: Ensure the server/group’s quality and maintain a healthy environment.
4: Make sure all developers are on time for work, whilst also deleting spam, phishing websites, and unnecessary messages which are flooding the chat.

Payment

Robux: Daily Payment: 100-200R$
Weekly Payment: 650-700R$
Monthly Payment: 2100-2300R$
Prices can also be negotiated to your needs!

Him may you explain how you organize what developer are suppose to do and how do you make sure they don’t scam?

Thanks for the reply, I will make sure (either it’s a group, or a server) that developers have a schedule, organized by the owner and I. If the owner makes sure I have all the information, I am also able to answer any questions based on my research, whether it’s by the members or staff. As for scams, if you have recruited a developer who stole/deleted your game progress, I will go ahead and inform the owner of the project, along with staff members. We should all be able to send a message to Roblox Support, and I will be the first to do that, since that’s really the owner way someone can do after getting scammed.

Yea. What’s your point? Anyone can make the developers have a schedule. My point is that I personally wouldn’t pay 100-200 R$ daily just for someone to tell them what to do and do nothing else.

I will also be able to handle all commotion in your group, along with spreading the word for any occasion. If you do not feel like handling all your sales + purchase data, I am able to do that.

Still, I can find friends who will do it for free. And how are we sure you are actually doing work and not scamming?

Good question, I will update you daily on the team’s progress, and will not require any access to your development group/server. If you need a Discord manager, I can also provide ranks, and host events with the owner’s permission. :grin:
