Caught in the false-positive ban wave targeting outfit games. As a UGC creator, my account+alts were terminated & all groups locked. Lost years of hard work & huge asset value.
Sent a support ticket from the account that made the game “whatthehellisthis76” then got told to re-send a support ticket via the group owner “doingwhatyournot” as the group owns the game.
Problem with that is the group owner account “doingwhatyournot” is enforcement banned because it is linked to the account is that made the game (whatthehellisthis76), so because the ban reason is different for “doingwhatyournot” i get told to only the ‘banned account’ can appeal that violation so i’m not allowed to to send an actual support ticket & get told to send an appeal via the site under “Violations & Appeals” but i had already done that already & was denied instantly everytime by AI.
Furthermore, i’ve exhausted the max amount of appeals already so why am i being redirected to something i can’t even do. So now i’m just stuck in a loop where i get told to make a support ticket via “doingwhatyournot” which gets instantly rejected and sent back to the system i can’t use.
This means each ticket i make i get told that i cant appeal on that account and told to do it from the other account!? This means i can never have a fair chance to get my account looked at by a real human. I really hope this moderation system gets looked at deeper because devs like myself & others get left in the dark without getting a chance to get back all my groups with thousands of community members i have built over the years with a lot of money & hard work. Please fix this AI error & restore my accounts, Thank you.
