when i closed studio like around 1-2 months ago (after i accidentally made the output text bigger), the output text keeps resetting to the enlarged size

i think you can change output text size by clicking on the output and holding ctrl + scroll in any direction or ctrl + ‘+’ or ctrl + ‘-’
yea but doing that every single time i open studio gets repetitive and annoying really quickly
You could try changing the settings within the studio itself?
File > Studio Settings > Studio > Output.
Maybe you changed one of the output settings.
