Regulations for the Upholders of Justice
THESE REGULATIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO ALL MEMBERS DESIGNATED AS THE UPHOLDERS OF JUSTICE BY EITHER A MEMBER OF THE OVERSEERING COUNCIL OR THE CREATOR OF OVERDRIVE.
R.O 1. All members of The Upholders of Justice (hereinafter referred to as “TUOJ”, “Game Moderation Team”) are required to abide by all the rules of the official Overdrive Discord server and all rules of the Overdrive Roblox game.
R.O 2. All members of the Game Moderation Team are required to act maturely and respectfully at all times.
R.O 3. All members of the Game Moderation Team are allowed to use any powers granted to them only if the situation requires it, or for testing purposes in a private server.
R.O 3.1. Although a member of the Game Moderation Team is allowed to use their powers in a private server, they may only do so if the server does not contain any players aside from them and they may not perform any actions on offline players or perform any actions that save (ban, kick, mute, erase data, et cetera).
R.O 4. All members of the Game Moderation Team may only issue a punishment if they have gathered concrete evidence, interrogated the violator and come to a reasonable decision.
R.O 5. All members of the Game Moderation Team are given scripts to use for certain actions, such as interrogations. If they have one for a certain situation, they are required to use it in that specific situation.
R.O 6. All members of TUOJ are required to go on-duty at least 3 times a week. *
R.O 6.1. On-duty is only considered if the member of TUOJ has been in a server for at least 35 minutes.
R.O 7. All members of TUOJ are expected to help the Judicial Team (hereinafter referred to as “JT”) or the Internal Security Team (hereinafter referred to as “IST”) if they are asked for help with their investigation.
R.O 8. All members of TUOJ are strictly prohibited from asking or otherwise requesting a different rank than they currently have (such as the Judicial Team or the Internal Security Team).
R.O 9. All members of TUOJ are strictly prohibited from leaking any messages, pictures, videos or any other content sent in the Staff Server or any other Staff Communication Channels.
R.O 10. All members of TUOJ may only use staff characters given to them if they are spectating or if a player asks them for a fight with it. Otherwise, they may not as they grant a significant battle advantage. Breaking this regulation may result in either a temporary, or a permanent revoke of access to any, or all staff characters.
R.O 11. If any member of TUOJ breaks any of these regulations, they either receive a disciplinary strike or a harsher punishment such as a demotion or possibly a permanent ban depending on the severity of the violation. If they receive 3 disciplinary strikes, they will be permanently removed from any and all teams they are currently in Overdrive.
*This regulations is applicable only after the Pre-Alpha of Overdrive releases.
The Overdrive Ownership team reserves the right to change these regulations at any time, if this happens, all members of the Game Moderation team will be informed via the official Overdrive Discord server.
