Application Process

Application Results

Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive your result via Direct Message only. Results will not be posted in the server. The message will clearly state whether your application has been successful or unsuccessful. Please ensure you are checking your Direct Messages regularly so you do not miss this update.

Direct Messages

You must have your Direct Messages enabled (not “Friends Only”). If your DMs are off, you will not receive your result or the invite link for the service you applied for. The invite will be sent by the bot and must remain confidential, sharing it will result in removal from the RPC.

One Service at a Time

Members may only be part of one service at a time. Being in multiple services is not permitted. If you wish to join a different service, you must first formally resign from your current service. Once your resignation is complete, you may submit a new application. Applications submitted without resigning first will not be accepted.

Whitelisted Roleplay Standards

Whitelisted Roleplay Standards

1. Realistic Roleplay (RP)
All actions must remain realistic. Fail Roleplay (FRP) will be enforced if rules are broken. FRP speeds are capped at 80mph unless specifically authorised (e.g., priority or emergency roleplay). Exceeding limits without valid RP reasoning is a strike.

2. Vehicle & Driving Conduct
Vehicles must be driven responsibly. Reckless driving, drifting, excessive revving, or sound spam is prohibited. Collisions with other players must always be roleplayed correctly. Minor crashes (<20mph) may be exchanged; major crashes (≥20mph) require emergency services involvement.

3. Emergency Procedures
Do not call 999 via in-game chat. All emergencies must follow official Radio Traffic Operations. Failure to follow proper procedures may result in penalties.

4. Peacetime & Priorities
Peacetime is active unless announced otherwise. Fleeing from emergency services or ignoring lawful stops is prohibited. Priority speeds are allowed up to 75mph, but all incidents must still be roleplayed.

5. Fair Play & Conduct
Metagaming, powergaming, or using out-of-character knowledge is forbidden. Unrealistic actions or forced RP onto others will result in removal from the session.

6. Staff & Moderation
All disputes or penalties must be handled via official moderation tickets. Public complaints or arguments are not allowed. Staff decisions are final.

7. Avatars & Documentation
Avatars must be realistic. All documentation (vehicle insurance, citizen records) must be accurate and submitted correctly. Editing or falsifying records may result in penalties or FRP status.

8. Emergency Team Whitelist
Joining emergency services (police, ambulance, fire, etc.) without being whitelisted is strictly forbidden and is punishable by ban.

Failure to follow these rules may result in strikes, session removal, or loss of whitelist access.
