Paid Access Bug hurting my Player base

My game has been free for over a month now, and the game glitches as paid access for users multiple times. They say restarting the browser fixes it and makes it free but it changes to paid access for them at random times. I get 20 Messages a day complaining why the game is set to Paid Access and probably just as many thumbs down on my game due to this glitch. If you even check the game comments, you don’t have to scroll very far to find people complaining about Paid Access.
