My game has two currencies: Coins and Gems. I have a crate system where you can buy crates for either coins or gems and they will grant you random skins. Gems can be bought for robux as well as naturally in game. Does this case fall under the Paid random items policy, and if so then what do I restrict? Would I have to disable the ability to buy the crates, or the ability to buy gems?
I believe that paid refers to with Robux.
The example used on the questionnaire seems to imply that items bought with robux used for gambling are applicable as well:
βThe experience allows a user to receive a virtual coin in exchange for Robux. The user then goes to a different place in the experience and throws the coin into a fountain and then the user gets a random virtual item.β
I believe if you can obtain the currency through natural gameplay it is still fine.
edit: I am unsure, as I have seen many things on this, some contradicting others. I believe it is mostly fine, but you should be careful about it. Specifically, I struggled to find a source on Roblox itself. I will continue to look.
Okay, I have found this:

It seems to imply that it is allowed (ββ¦ or via in-experience currencies that are purchased with Robuxβ)
