Welcome to (Parallax Restaurant) - Public Handbook that contains all information our members should know before applying for any rank. This can help Lower Ranks learn more about how to rank up and more! We highly suggest reviewing each section below in order to have a good understanding of our community.

(Parallax Restaurant) is a ROBLOX restaurant group serving American food on a tropical terrain. This group aims to entertain our customers, help others interact with one another and to gain experience as a real employee/staff. (Parallax Restaurant) was founded on July 11 of 2022. The founder of the group is @iiDiscii.

Code Of Conduct

Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct are rules and guidelines that must be obeyed in the presence of (Parallax Restaurant) establishments. Please remember that by violating one of these rules in our games can lead to a warning which would soon end up to a kick or ban. Please do not try to loophole, or find another way of being right. Higher ranks will always have the final say, as long as they have evidence, and you must accept the punishment.


Be Respectful🙏

We ask for all our members and guests of (Parallax Restaurant) to be kind to one another inside and outside of this community. Treat one another with respect, kindness, and help them feel safe in this environment. Please be aware of what you say to others as it may not be thoughtful and can lead to an argument. Any form of discrimination, drama, signs of disrespect, or rude opinions are forbidden in (Parallax Restaurant) and can lead to many consequences.

Trolling/Exploiting

Trolling and/or exploiting in our games is strictly forbidden here. Examples of trolling can be not using common sense, doing movements you would not do in a real restaurant, bothering or disturbing others or messing around with staff and workers. Exploiting in our establishments are worse. This can be fly hacks, speed hacks, glitch hacks, or even destroying the whole restaurant. Trolling and exploiting are serious violations in (Parallax Restaurant) and can lead to a serious consequence.

Abusing Chat

Abusing the chat means saying things that would disrupt others. This can be spamming, abusing caps lock, swearing, using racial slurs, and more. This can be harmful to others or annoying and can lead to a consequence.

Drama

Causing drama in (Parallax Restaurant) can disturb others that are actually trying to enjoy, lead to a punishment on both players or more, and decrease (Parallax Restaurant) reputation. We ask to not start any problems with others whether it is a disagreement with someone or a threat. If you do see “drama” arising, please do not get involved in it and try to call a High Rank as soon as possible. Starting the drama or problems for everyone is disrespectful and can be counted as trolling which can lead to a consequence.

STAFF: Grammar

Please try your best to use as much grammar as you know. Good grammar can be shown with correct punctuations, using capital letters when needed, and easy for everyone to understand what you mean. If you are found not using grammar on purpose, it can lead to a consequence because it is an act of showing unprofessionalism.

STAFF: Do Not Admin Abuse

Abusing the admin given to you as a Middle Rank+ is a very serious violation and can have major consequences for your actions. Do not use admin commands for tricks or funny acts to show off. Only use admin commands if needed, and if you are unsure if you can use the admin command or not, please ask a higher rank for permission.

Consequences
These consequences are to help our guests and staff understand our warning system and how to use it if you find someone breaking the rules.

Infraction I - Warning

Everyone that violated a rule is given an infraction. Only Middle Ranks+ are able to give infractions/warnings. If you are not a Middle Rank+, please contact one if you encountered someone who is breaking a rule. People who get their first infraction will only be verbally warned for a minor situation.

Infraction II - Kick

Since they were already given a verbal warning and continued to disobey the guidelines, a Middle Rank+ is able to kick them out of the server with a reason. By kicking them, it allows others to enjoy their time in game and not be disturbed by others who may cause problems in games. This is also another way to show trollers or “rule-breakers” not to disobey the rules.

Infraction III - Ban

If the player comes into the game again, continues to disobey, a High Rank+ is allowed to ban them or if not a High Rank+, please get a staff to ban them. By banning them, you should not unban them because they are unforgiven since they have continually violated the rules in the game. The only way to be unbanned is by writing a ban appeal.

Exploiter I - Ban

If you see an exploiter in game, please call someone from the Executive Team by using the Discord DMs or channels. Exploiters are those who really hack and not those who glitch into places. Exploiters can be those who fly without admin, teleport, or break the game very majorly and must be banned immediately.

The Promotions Guide Section helps employees, staff, and guests understand their role here and how to rank up. Please remember not to hint for promotion or free rank others as this can get you demoted.


Non-Staff Ranks

Valued Customer

A default rank given to those who have joined our community.

Noted Customer

Those who are Middle Rank+ and have been demoted or inactive and has not left the group.

Low Ranks

LR | Trainee

Trainee is obtained when a Valued Customer has passed the LR application with less than 3 incorrect. Trainees are not officially employees of (Parallax Restaurant) but are able to join the Training Center in order to promote and work at (Parallax Restaurant).

LR | Novice Host/Hostess

LR | Novice Host/Hostess is obtained by passing a training session as a LR | Trainee. They are able to serve people to their table.

LR | Experienced Host/Hostess

LR | Experienced Host/Hostess is obtained by passing two training in total as a LR | Novice Host/Hostess. They are more experienced than LR | Novice Host/Hostess and have the same responsibilities.

LR | Waiter/Waitress

LR | Waiter/Waitress is obtained by passing three training sessions in total as an LR | Experienced Host/Hostess. They are able to bring customers to their table and they are able to serve those only on tables only.

LR | Head Waiter/Waitress

LR | Head Waiter/Waitress is obtained by passing four training sessions in total as a Waiter/Waitress. They are able to bring customers to their table and serve customers tables and booths.

LR | Commis Chef

LR | Commis Chef is obtained by passing five training sessions in total as a LR | Head Waiter/Waitress. They are able to bring customers to their tables, serve customers tables and booths, and cook for the tables. They mostly stay in the kitchen in order to give food to the LR | Waiters/Waitresses.

LR | Sous Chef

LR | Sous Chef is obtained by passing six training sessions in total as a LR | Commis Chef. They are able to bring customers to their tables, serve customers at tables, booths, grills, and can cook in front of the customers at grills.

LR | Head Chef

LR | Head Chef is obtained by passing seven training sessions in total as a LR | Sous Chef. They are able to bring customers to their tables, serve customers at tables, booths, grills, and bar and can cook in front of the customers at grills and the bar.

LR | Executive Chef

LR | Executive Chef is obtained working extremely hard as a LR | Head Chef. They are able to bring customers to their tables, serve customers at tables, booths, grills, or bar, and can cook in front of the customers at grills and the bar. They can also supervise other Low Ranks and are in charge of the kitchen.

Middle Ranks

MR | Shift Manager

MR | Shift Manager is obtained by passing the Middle Rank Application. They supervise the game, host shifts often, assist as an assistant trainer in training sessions, and recruit for the group.

MR | Staff Assistant

MR | Staff Assistant is obtained by showing hard work as a MR | Shift Manager. They host shifts, become a trainer or assistant trainer in training sessions, and recruit for the group. They lead MR | Shift Managers and Low Ranks in case they have any questions or problems about the group.

MR | Staff Corporate

MR | Staff Corporate is obtained by showing hard work as a MR | Staff Assistant. They host shifts, become any role in training sessions, and recruit for the group. MR | Staff Corporate assist MR | Supervisors in managing games and sessions hosted by others.

MR | Supervisor

MR | Supervisor is obtained by showing hard work as a MR | Staff Corporate. They host shifts, become any role in training sessions, and recruit for the group. They are assisted by MR | Staff Corporates to manage games and sessions hosted by others. Supervisors are in charge to supervise Low Ranks and customers bringing great positivity towards others.

High Ranks

HR | Intern

HR | Intern is obtained by passing the High Rank Application. They are put through an internship that is made up of many assignments from the one that passed the applicant. This consists of hosting 6 complete training sessions, 8 complete shifts, and recruiting 30 members. This should all be done in 30 days from when the applicant was passed. If not, they are not promoted to Intern. Interns are focused into completing their Internship in order to promote. They would supervise games and would be able to ban exploiters.

HR | Assistant Manager

HR | Assistant Manager is obtained by passing the internship as an HR | Intern. HR | Assistant Managers host sessions weekly and supervise games and sessions. Their main purpose is to manage Lower Ranks and assist General Managers with their responsibilities.

HR | General Manager

HR | General Manager is obtained by showing hard work as an HR | Assistant Manager. They host sessions weekly and supervise games and sessions. They manage Lower Ranks, report any problems with the game or workers, and answer questions both Low Ranks and customers do not know. They manage the Discord with any problems. They observe Low Ranks either to promote or demote and will report it to the Discord

HR | Jr. Administrator

HR | Jr. Administrator is obtained by showing hard work as a General Manager. They host sessions weekly and are in charge of managing Lower Ranks. They help the HR | Administration Team into organizing sessions and manage the Discord with any problems. They observe Low Ranks either to promote or demote and will report it to the Discord.

HR | Administration Team

The HR | Administration Team is a small group of people that is obtained by working very hard as a HR | Jr. Administrator. They host sessions daily and are in charge of managing lower ranks. Their main purpose is to grow (Parallax Restaurant) by expanding our group, recruiting more members and hiring more people. They also observe Low Ranks either to promote or demote and will report it to the Discord.

Super Ranks

SR | Chief Communication Officer

SR | Chief Communications Officer(CCO) is obtained by passing the Super Rank Application with the personality of a CCO. They host sessions daily and are in charge of increasing (Parallax Restaurant) community. This is done by recruiting members, managing affiliations/enemies, and managing suggestions. They observe lower ranks to promote or demote and will make actions to manage games and sessions. CCO is assigned tasks by the Board of Departments or Executive Team.

SR | Human Resource Officer

SR | Human Resource Officer(HRO) is obtained by passing the Super Rank Application with the personality of a HRO. They host sessions daily and are in charge of questions, problems, and concerns about (Parallax Restaurant). They host events and game days in order to make the group more interesting and active. They observe lower ranks to promote or demote and will make actions to manage games and sessions. HRO is assigned tasks by the Board of Departments or Executive Team.

SR | Chief Staffing Officer

SR | Chief Staffing Officer(CSO) is obtained by passing the Super Rank Application with the personality of a CSO. They host sessions daily and are in charge of managing staff by promoting applicants and hard-working people along with demoting inactive or being warned multiple times. They observe lower ranks to promote or demote and will make actions to manage games and sessions. CSO is assigned tasks by the Board of Departments or Executive Team.

SR | Board of Departments

SR | Board of Departments(BoD) is obtained by working hard as a CCO, HRO, or CSO. Their main purpose is to manage mainly Super Ranks and host sessions daily. They support the roles for Super Ranks and assign them tasks to help the group. BoD hosts sessions often and is assigned tasks by the Executive Team.

Executive Team

E | Vice President - N/A

E | Vice President(VP) is obtained by being chosen by either the E | Chairman or E | King Parallax of (Parallax Restaurant). They are 5th in command of the Executive Team and host sessions often. Their main purpose is to pass down information that is needed for Super Ranks. They manage lower ranks and assist the Executive Team with work. They have the same responsibilities as all other staff.

E | President - @Tactical_Ki11z

E | President(P) is obtained by being chosen by either E | Chairman or E | King Parallax of (Parallax Restaurant). They are 4th in command of the Executive Team and host sessions often. Their main purpose is to manage the group and fill in as leader when the other higher ranks are not available. They manage lower ranks and assist the Executive Team with work. They have the same responsibilities as all other staff.

E | Vice Chairman - @Nazmizam

E | Vice Chairman(VC) is the 3rd founder of (Parallax Restaurant). They dedicate themselves to this group by managing staff and events held in (Parallax Restaurant). As third in command, the E | Vice Chairman promotes staff members as well as demotes staff members if needed. They ban and kick any needed and are in charge of carrying out the duties of E | Chairman.

E | Chairman - @coddryy

E | Chairman(C) is the 2nd founder of (Parallax Restaurant) and cannot be replaced. They dedicate themselves to this group by managing the group establishments and focusing on growing productions. As second in command, the E | Chairman promotes staff members as well as demotes staff members. They ban and kick any needed and are in charge of carrying out the duties of E | King Parallax. Their purpose in development is clothing designer, builder and GFX artist.

E | King Parallax - @iiDiscii

E | King Parallax is the founder of (Parallax Restaurant) and cannot be replaced. They dedicate themselves to this group by managing staff, allies, workers, and more. As first in command, they make final decisions for the group and promote staff members as well as demotes staff members. They ban and kick any needed and is in charge of giving orders to the other departments. Their purpose in development is scripting and 3D Modeling.
