PARASTIN is a forthcoming clothing and gameshow group on the Roblox platform. Our objective is to create a welcoming and friendly community for everyone. We strive to have our community standing as one highly sophisticated one by providing the best experiences and selections.

Guidelines
We want PARASTIN to be a safe environment for everyone. Guidelines are created to establish boundaries and ensure that everyone is treated fairly. All of the regulations given below must be followed at all times if we are to achieve our aim of making PARASTIN a courteous environment. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in appropriate consequences.
- Respect - In this communications server, we wish to keep a well-constructed community. With that being said, everyone who wishes to stay on this server must be positive, courteous, and most of all responsible.
- Advertising - Everything on this server that is endorsed must be related to PARASTIN. It is not permissible to link to any server or website. Those with formal clearance from Public Affairs or the Presidential Team are subject to the expectations.
- Spamming - In PARASTIN, overloading the chat is not prohibited. Please be careful about how many messages you send at once and ensure they aren’t alike. Otherwise, it could be misinterpreted as spam.
- Appropriateness - Before sending a photograph, comment, or hyperlink, double-check your activity. It’s preferable not to distribute an image, message, or link if you have to pause and think about it.
- Maturity - In any unpredictable scenario, members of our PARASTIN are expected to act maturely. Someone, for example, is constantly debating with you. Rather than arguing with them, you could seek the assistance of an Executive Assistant.
- Common Sense - Have common sense, decency, and civility when it comes to communicating throughout our server. Ensure that you use your best judgment before it comes down to moderation action.

Owner - Owner & Founder PARASTIN
Co-Owner - Co-Owner & Co-Founder of PARASTIN
Developer - Aides the Leadership Team & Development Department with presenting quality games/updates to the community
President - Presidents of PARASTIN oversee a department to ensure that operations at PARASTIN run smoothly
Vice President - The Vice President rank is a position held by department leads. They ensure that their department is properly functioning alongside the President.
Executive Director - The Executive Director rank is a standard rank held by long withstanding department members
Board of Executives - The Board of Executive rank is a rank held by members department here at PARASTIN
Executive Assistant -
Contributor - The Contributor role is given to those who have benefited PARASTIN or have made a significant impact within the community
Designer - The Designer rank is a position held by standard members of the Designing Department
Senior Gameshow Host - The Senior Gameshow Host rank is a position held by members with advanced experience in the Staff Team
Gameshow Host - The Gameshow Host rank is a position held by standard members of the Staff Team
Junior Gameshow Host - The Junior Gameshow rank is a junior rank held by members on a part of the Staff Team
Intern - Newly accepted applicants are granted an Intern period to prove worthy-ness of PARASTIN’s Staff Team
Head Moderator - Head Moderators are one of the highest ranking members and is responsible for activity of moderators and moderators being hired and trained
Senior Moderator - Senior Moderators at PARASTIN are responsible for Discord moderation and assist with in-game sessions. Senior Moderators also act as a role-model is seen as a guide within the Moderation Team
Moderator - Moderators at PARASTIN are responsible for Discord moderation and assist with in-game sessions

Session Information
Our Hosting Team will host sessions on a regular basis. You will have access to our Trello board for the session. It will tell you when the session will take place, what game will be played, and what the prize will be. Inside the session channel on Discord, the host will also announce it. However, you may find it in the “Important Links” area of our Devforum for your convenience.

How to I apply for a staff-related position here?
- In order to apply for a staff-related position, you must gain access to our discord communications server. Once you’ve joined, you’ll acquire access to our public announcements section which is where all interest forms are released for our staff positions. Whether it’s to become an Intern, Designer, etc. If you’re unable to gain access to our communications server, you’ll be restricted from applying.
How do I know when a gameshow is being hosted?
- We have 2 ways for our community to be informed of our gameshows schedules. You can do so either through our public Trello we have linked or through the #gameshow-notifications channel. Our staff members announce every gameshow event that happens early than the start time to acommodate for those who need time to prepare.
If somebody is breaking the rules, what do I do?
- Your first recommended action would be to acquire proof of said individual breaking the rules. You’ll then report it to the appropriate staff member that has permissions to handle such a situation. If you fail to do so, we won’t be aware of the situation and will be unable to assist you with the person breaking the rules. Am I allowed to work here if I have safe-chat? Unfortunately, we do not allow community members to have safe-chat whilst being employed within PARASTIN. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Affiliate Guidelines
If you are looking at applying to become a Partnered Ambassador, here are some guidelines that PARASTIN regulates and follows.
- The organization seeking to ally with PARASTIN must be free of social drama and also have a clear vision.
- Within the business for that you are applying, the organization must have a minimum of 800 members.
- The group must be open to making notifications regarding our events whenever they are required.
- The organization must be actively involved in the community. This applies to Discord & ROBLOX.
- Prepare two representatives to represent your community.
Affiliate Requirements
For those who are interested in forming an alliance with PARASTIN, your community must meet the following requirements in order to submit an alliance application:
- Your ROBLOX group must consist of 800 non-botted members.
- Your Discord server must consist of 500 non-botted members.
- You must have an active and engaging community.
- You must be able to assist PARASTIN with event collaborations, communicating, and more.
- You must be able to provide 1-2 representatives that will remain within our Discord and ROBLOX group to represent your establishment.
