Parent frames always have a higher zindex then child frames

I want to make a child frame have a lesser z value then a parent frame

the note itself has its ZIndex at 100, with both smaller frames having lesser ZIndexs
The reason im doing this is to simplify the scripting aspect of it.

EDIT: fixed. Turns out i just forgot to set the image label zindexs
