Parental Linking Issue On Roblox

When ever I attempt to link a parent account to my account it shows me an error saying: “Your parent already has an account for approving requests. Enter your parent’s email, instead.”

Expected behavior

When I put in a parent email it should send an email requesting to link this account to a parent account.

Bump up this post still having this issue

Bumping again since I am still having this issue with no response. Nor will roblox support help. I am hopefully seeing if someone knows how to fix this issue
